Located at one of the most strategic points in Bahcesehir on the European side of Istanbul, ‘Manolya Evleri’ is situated on 25,000 m² of land. The project is being undertaken by Fiba Real Estate under a contract with the Housing Development Administration of Turkey on a revenue-sharing basis. Consisting of 408 units of different types that appeal to different expectations and needs and also an investment that will never lose its value, ‘Manolya Evleri’ sales began in April 2007. As of this date, 99% of the units have been sold.
